Nasim Alamdari is the Director and Technical Lead of Speech Science and Machine Learning at Sonde Health, where she focuses on developing and optimizing vocal biomarker AI systems, enhancing system performance for edge deployment, and refining voice featurization.

In her previous role as Research Engineer II at Starkey Hearing Technologies, Nasim served as the project lead for a key initiative, where she led cross-functional collaborations to develop and launch innovative products that improved the audio experience for users of hearing aid devices.

She earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas, where her research centered on personalized auditory enhancement. Her expertise includes audio/speech signal processing, AI-driven audio solutions, and real-time application deployment.
