As you progress in your development and plan for a production release, contact support@sondehealth.com to discuss partnership options. A partnership agreement is required to access the production/Live key.

When you sign up to Sonde’s API platform portal, by default test keys are enabled and all your audio samples (collected using test keys) will get saved on US region storage at our side. The storage collection countries other than US, (i.e. IN for India and DE for Germany) will be selected when you subscribe to production/live keys.

API platform portal does not provide this functionality to update the email address once registered as it will be going to use for invoicing purposes, however if you are interested in updating the email address for your developer account, please contact us at support@sondehealth.com.
